Recomendable complementarlo con los videos de claire en youtube, especialmente para tecnicas y recetas más complicadas.

Excelente selección de recetas, que varían en dificultad y están acompañadas de muy buenas explicaciones, la fotografía es bellísima y bien lograda, y complementa muy bien el paso a paso de las recetas más complejas. Uno de mis favoritos de repostería, sin duda compraría el otro libro de Claire.
