Synopsis "Historia de Mayta (Biblioteca Vargas Llosa) (in Spanish)"

In Historia de Mayta the narrator reconstructs, through the testimony of those who knew him, the story of Alexander Mayta, the protagonist of a trotskistic revolution that in the novel takes place in 1958. In this novel, aside from getting to know a man who was the personification of marginality, who lived in a period of ideological conflicts and political craze, we will get to know a key period of time in the history of Latin America, a shady time, a time of violent vindication. <P>Description in Spanish: Mayta fue el protagonista de una intentona revolucionaria trotskista que en la novela acontece en 1958.
