Discussing how many of his arguments are deceptively simple, such as needing to love oneself and others and to live in the present without dwelling on the past or imagining the future, this guide reaffirms the importance of such advice and encourages readers to practically apply these concepts to their daily lives. While primarily an anthology of Osho’s philosophy, this book also includes some analysis of the philosophies of other Eastern spiritual teachers who shared Osho’s philosophies, such as Krishnamurti, Sri Aurobindo, and Ramakrishna. Explorando las filosofías espirituales de este famoso maestro hindú, este estudio analiza cómo sus ideas, lecciones y técnicas de meditación llevan a su mensaje general sobre la necesidad de despertar la conciencia.
