Laurie Woolever es una destacada escritora, editora y asistente culinaria estadounidense, reconocida principalmente por su estrecha colaboración profesional con el fallecido chef Anthony Bourdain durante casi una década (2009-2018). Comenzó su carrera tras estudiar cocina, trabajando como asistente personal y cocinera, antes de unirse al equipo de Mario Batali.

Woolever ha escrito para publicaciones de prestigio como The New York Times, GQ, Food & Wine y Saveur.
