Synopsis "Accepted in the Beloved"

You are accepted. Not because of what you have done, but because of the One you are in.Before a believer is faithful, gifted, useful or obedient, he or she is first accepted. In Accepted in the Beloved, Z. D. King follows Ephesians 1:6 through seventeen short chapters that build one assurance upon another: the Father's declared pleasure in His Son, the Spirit of adoption, the Vine that both prunes and holds, a covering purchased in blood, a garment put on daily, a High Priest who ever lives to intercede, an election older than creation, a verdict of no condemnation, a keeping power that guards your inheritance, and a love that nothing in all creation can sever.Every chapter is anchored in the King James Bible and closes with a Greek or Hebrew word study, reflection questions and a prayer. A scripture index and a word study index at the back make the book easy to return to. Honest about both the security and the responsibility of abiding, it is written for believers who want to stop earning what has already been given and start walking in it.Read slowly. Rest deeply. You are accepted in the Beloved.
