Christina Hobbs and Lauren Billings are a duo of writers who have always been passionate about romantic novels. Separated by the state of Nevada, they met in 2009, when both were writing fanfiction under the respective names of tby789 (The Office) and LolaShoes (My Yes, My No).

After joining forces to write the popular A Little Crazy, they revised and rewrote the famous fanfiction The Office, which swept the internet and subsequently became the novel Beautiful Bastard, whose film rights have been acquired by a major American producer. Their works, which have enjoyed great success among readers, have been translated into more than twenty languages. In addition, in 2013 they were awarded the Rosa RománTica'S Prize for the best international breakthrough author.
