Twist, Jonas, and Myra accidentally discovered the lost city of Atlantis, at the bottom of the sea. Now the Rooks want Twist to help them on a grand expedition to find and explore the city, and to mine out all of its secrets.For once, Twist finds himself setting off not to escape a threat, but as an invited guest of a grand scientific expedition. Twist didn't really have all that nice of a time when he was last in the lost city of Atlantis, where an evil little boy had tried to shoot him, but this time he will be traveling in style, and arrive surrounded by friendly Rooks. This time, the journey promises to be much more enjoyable, and although Jonas is largely unimpressed, Myra is instantly excited to go.When Storm revealed that he was an impostor, Kima was horrified to discover that her true son had been stolen from her shortly after his birth, and remains a captive in another world, far beyond her reach. Now Kima finds herself not only exiled from her homeland for fear of Cyphers, but also lacking a purpose with the Rooks. But Jonas has refused to leave her in such a state, and invites her along on their adventure. After all, Kima's son was taken by the same evil force that now threatens Twist, Jonas, and Myra as well. Perhaps together, they might find more information and maybe even a solution to all of their troubles.And so now it's time to set out for the mysteries at the bottom of the sea, aboard a huge submersible filled with a whole host of powerful and interesting Rooks, and to dive into the mysteries that surround them all.
