"The cornerstone of the USAF's global strike and rapid global mobility is its vast cyber-based C4ISR network. The USAF has become so dependent on cyber-based C4ISR capabilities that the network itself has truly become a center of gravity. Unfortunately, the network's critical requirements are highly susceptible to attack from a number of threats. As a result, one of the USAF's greatest capabilities has also become one of its greatest vulnerabilities.
