Synopsis "Descension"

After a brief reprieve from business following their legal scare, Maggie and the boys return to Los Angeles. Some decide to give up working for Maggie in order to start a new life. Others decide to embrace the craft, further expand their client list, and give up more of themselves for the opulent lifestyle they've grown accustomed to. A once simple Austin is convinced to push past his preconceived preferences and conservative ideas on sexuality when Maggie offers him a promotion. However, when he finally gets Hermosa to see him as more than friend, the changes in his life lead him to dishonesty through what he perceives as good intentions. He soon finds himself questioning who he is, what he really wants, and whether or not you can be in love with two people at once. A once grounded AJ starts writing songs for a famous pop star in between lucrative romps with older rich women, and soon finds himself in a high profile relationship with the young songstress. The fast life is heady and the money is flowing, but what starts out as something fun and fulfilling develops into something toxic and taxing overtime. Reconciling the cost of what he's lost with vain gain becomes a fulltime mental battle, and when he realizes that his every move is controlled by which strings the two powerful women in his life choose to pull, the damage has already been done.
