Synopsis "Die Euphorie: 46 kurze Gedichte, 2009 bis 2015 (in German)"

"Die Euphorie: 46 kurze Gedichte, 2009 bis 2015" is a selection of 46 short German poetry by Sheri Stanford, written between years 2009 & 2015. In this book the author takes you on a wonderful journey: step by step, page after page, she reveals fascinating stories in which reality & fantasy become indistinguishable: stories of life, hope & sorrow, of pushed back nostalgia buried under pressing daily tasks. The verses are short yet deep in meaning. They offer good fruit of thought. The author knowingly gives readers a chance to have a personal interpretation of the messages behind her words; giving the bird of imagination an opportunity to fly high even for a valuable short while. Sheri Stanford is primarily a visual artist, and her writing style follows a similar pattern. Her words describe strong imagery, which can be observed with the eyes of mind. This discovery results in a satisfactory joy, in some kind of "euphoria".
