Was ich ganz und gar nicht hatte, war ein richtiges, halbwegs realistisches Bild von mir. Was stellte ich dar? Wer war ich überhaupt? Wie wirkte ich auf meine Umwelt? Ich vermutete höchst unbedarft, schüchtern und äu erst naiv. Denn ich sah mich in der Hauptsache mit den Augen meiner unmittelbaren Umwelt und mit der hatte ich nicht wenige Probleme. Ich hätte mich gerne vorurteilsfrei von au en betrachtet, was natürlich nicht ging. Wie denn auch? Doch, eine Möglichkeit gab es, ich musste mich selbst fotografieren...
