Hier werde ich auf die grundlegenden Ergebnisse und Probleme der Forschung, wie Prototypikalität, Familienähnlichkeit, Cue Validity, Hedges und Basic Level Terms eingehen. Zum Schluss wird die erweiterte Version der Prototypensemantik erläutert, bevor noch kurz auf die Kritik an der Prototypensemantik eingegangen wird.
