Synopsis "For the win"

Everybody loves a winner as well as to win. Winning has become a central theme in our lives. The Disney-esque blockbuster movie, RUDY, has all the elements of winning that we admire, and so does Rudy Ruettiger, the central figure, and an author in this book. The real-life Rudy is a figure we admire and respect for his focus and perseverance. In showing the grit and determination needed to attend the University of Notre Dame and represent the 'Fighting Irish' football team, Rudy endeared himself to us all. In reading For The Win, we put ourselves, perhaps vicariously, into Rudy's heroic shoes and imagine ourselves as game winners. For what Rudy had to overcome, he lifts us all to a higher altitude in his relentless determination to succeed! In addition, the CelebrityExperts(R) in this book provide us with other portals to success. While one of Rudy's main characteristics was perseverance, our other authors highlight different elements useful for achieving success, including preparation, mindset and risk, among others. These authors can help readers avoid the potholes and reach their own successes quicker with their guidance and advice. They want to make us all winners too!Focus on your dream and never quit. It is always too soon to quit. If you quit, you can't succeed. By achieving your dream you will be an inspiration to others. Rudy Ruettiger
