Synopsis "Impatient"

An instant attraction. While her brother-in-law's pronouncement that she is not the kind of woman Pete Sanders is looking for echoes in her head, Sadie DeWitt agrees to go out with Pete. After all, she isn't looking for a commitment. She just wants to have a good time. Pete knows from personal experience mixing different lifestyles can be disastrous. He has a dating agenda he doesn't stray from that excludes Sadie. But he can't stop thinking about her. Should he make this exception? One date. That's all he needs to reaffirm his convictions. When their first hesitant date blossoms into a relationship, Sadie begins to realize she really is all wrong for Pete. She will do anything to become the woman she believes he needs. A past mistake led Pete to make a promise to himself and to God. When he begins to fear he could break that promise, he makes a hasty decision that surprises everyone, especially Sadie.
