Tomi Adeyemi is a Nigerian-American writer born in 1993. Her work is characterized by blending African mythology and fantasy, creating rich and complex worlds. A Harvard University graduate, Adeyemi has captivated readers worldwide with her vibrant style. Besides being a writer, she is dedicated to promoting diversity in young adult literature.

Her most famous work is Children of Blood and Bone (2018), which became a New York Times bestseller.
