Synopsis "Last Stand"

The end begins now as truth, trust, and power collide. The final chapter of the Zworsky’s Children series explodes into action as Project Z’s Telescope initiative races to complete its last mission: save the Metachromes with their newly discovered cure before time runs out. But with a vital piece equipment damaged, Darlene, Karen, and Isabel must brave an uncharted area in the No-Go Zone to recover what’s needed to finish creating the vaccine. Deep in the canyon, Millie and Jay carry a secret that could change everything for the Creepers. Seeking Zelda’s help, they must reach Dr. Walker. But they must do this within limited time. The military are preparing to march into Los Angeles in anticipation of the reopening of the state. Their orders are to wipe out the Metas and Creepers. Amid the chaos, Big Jim, the Metas’ former leader, watches from the shadows, ready to deal the final blow and ruin the Metas’ hopes of survival. The last installment of the Zworsky’s Children series concludes the thrilling story of the Metachromes as they face their fiercest enemy: themselves.
