Synopsis "Lines Through a Prism"

"Woody" Woodward is an anachronism. Whereas a 74-year-old man should probably be lying in a hammock perusing the obits, that's not in Woody's DNA, especially after some three decades of working in a black-ops sub-agency for the government as an assassin. A whimsical notion takes him to Jekyll Island on the east coast of Georgia, where he befriends another vet, like himself, from the Vietnam War, where he served in the Intelligence Corp. It isn't long before he finds himself embroiled in an international sex-trafficking ring. Woody is a savant. He reads, he studies, he debates, and he solves problems and puzzles. His peace comes from his one-man kayak. He's a beloved father, grandfather, colleague, and friend, yet there are those that would prefer that he was dead. Tough as nails, Woody, the humble soldier, does what few 74-year-old men can do. In the end, he is a hero to thousands of beneficiaries who will never even hear his name.
