Synopsis "M.E.M.P.H.I.S"

Pimpin's been going on since the 60's, and now twelve year old Mario Jacobs wants to be the next big pimp. Spending his day's studying one of Durham's well known pimp's "Iceman," Mario plots his moment into Pimpdom. Once Iceman takes him under his wing, Mario cops his first whore at 15 and becomes "Memphis." With his own style of pimpin, Memphis quickly climbs the ladder to become Durham's biggest pimp. After one of his prize moneymakers is killed by a trick, Memphis seeks revenge and is later charged with murder, sending him to prison with life and 30. Tonya Boo, Durham's only madam aligns herself with Memphis, becoming his backbone to not only hustling up money for a new lawyer, but the tag team take pimpin to new heights as they work to build a new life for the whores as well as their own. Take a trip to Durham, North Carolina where it's known that if the name Memphis is spoken, it means...Making Easy Money Pimpin Ho's In Style.
