Synopsis "May Day"

"If you have ever dreamed of escaping the ordinary then this book is for you. It is a charming book filled with honesty and fun. Tina lays out all the mishaps and the joys of escaping the rat race and sailing away with her husband and her dog - a bit like a Year In Provence except it's more than a year and it isn't Provence." Tina and Mark had been working together for thirty years building their families and businesses. They had done well but were a little bit tired. Their four children had all left home and their business interests were thriving without them. They had a moment, they suddenly realised that for the first time in their lives they did not have to live in one particular place. Should they live BY the sea? Why not ON the sea? So that was it, they bought a yacht and sailed away. But how easy was that? Did they know how to sail? What about their dogs? Could they afford it? What could possibly go wrong? Everything, as it turned out.
