Moscow Gone - David Risdon

Anika Morgan is new to her job. She is the president of the United States. Ivan Sadykov is new to his job. He is the president of the Russian Federation. They do not get along.

After years of spilt blood and lost lives, a fragile truce has been crafted between Ukraine and Russia - a truce Presidents Morgan and Sadykov have inherited from their predecessors, one resigning in disgrace, the other dying.

Sadykov's oligarchs are certain that now is the Federation's opportunity to reclaim its rightful place in the world order and demand an immediate end to sanctions, regardless of what happens in Ukraine.

Moscow Gone is a whirlwind of plot twists that ends with two world leaders' mistrust of one another bringing our planet to the brink of extinction, and then perhaps beyond.

What will our world be like after all the bombs have been dropped?
