Synopsis "Mostly True Stories"

These episodes from my life were written for presentation to a memoir writing group from February 2024 to July 2026. They were presented orally to the group. I considered each a separate performance, and I planned to write three double-spaced pages, more or less, on the premise that I myself could attend to an episode of that length. I did not follow a chronology and the episodes as arranged here are not the order in which they were written. I wrote handwritten drafts and typed only the last two, a “First” draft that was edited and revised as a “Presentation” draft. I am grateful for the company of Sally, Carola, Peter, Tom, Jamie, Richard and Carolyn.
