Synopsis "Promise Forever"

Reporter Frankie Ann is tired of being assigned the stories about the garden club in town. Her dream is to be an investigative reporter, making a difference with her research and her words. But suddenly, that dream turns into a nightmare when she finds herself right in the middle of a case of mistaken identity, a missing person's case, and threats on her life. The new police chief in town is adorable, and makes her bones turn to mush. But though she desperately needs his help, it's difficult to ask. He's still got smoke coming out of his ears because of an awful article she wrote about him in the paper. Can Frankie get both the story... and the man? But first of all, can she figure out what's going on before it's too late? Promise Forever is a sweet, romance, with lots of emotion, but NO graphic sex.
