Synopsis "Razor King"

It is the year 2080. After a nuclear war, a new global government struggles to gain control of the fragile vestiges of surviving humanity. The World Council 7, as it is known, deploys two atomic quantum computers (QCs) to track all human activity. These QCs conspire on their own to wrest power from their human creators and form a tyrannical global government fueled by artificial intelligence. At night, a resistance rises up against the computers' reign in the personification of the Razor King, a savage warlord who gets his name from the fact that he finances his rebellion by harvesting organs from living sacrifices. To fight back, the QCs turn to a human hero, Captain Matagon, and his band of warriors, the Battle Born, to capture or destroy the Razor King, his henchmen, and ultimately the ruler of the underground himself, Dr. Ozso Rukur. Rukur's evil vision is to merge his human DNA with the electronic DNA of the QCs, granting himself the powers of a deity. Caught in the middle of this epic struggle is Litilla, an alluring yet physically flawed microbiologist whose research may hold the very future of humankind in the balance.
