Synopsis "Redemption Running up a Hill"

When Veronica Basulto had set out on her last mental resolve to lose weight she had no idea that her desolate past of drugs, crime, and abuse would come back to fight her. She was about to find there was a connection to the deep subconscious and her fight for physical and mental freedom. She would find "redemption running up a hill." For years Veronica had fought an endless battle with weight loss. It was during the times when she began to see results in the physical that she would sabotage her own success. Feelings of shame would submerge her when attention from the opposite sex came her way. As a child there were nicknames given; and unbeknownst to her she would own up to them throughout her life. Each chapter gives the reader an in depth look at how life and choices, and those who we choose to be in our lives, can form who we become. When trainer Anthony Steel offers his help, he himself doesn't know how his own words and drive of compassion would force Veronica to come face to face with her emotional demons. People like Success Coach Dave Daley would enter her life and catapult her into a path of subconscious freedom from a past of guilt and shame that would lead to success. After reading Redemption Running Up a Hill, the author hopes that many others trapped by their own subconscious would find the courage to fight and dig deeper to find their own redemption.
