Synopsis "Rizoma (in Spanish)"

El término Rizoma fue introducido por Gilles Deleuze y Félix Guattari para explicar los lazos entre contenidos cognoscitivos que se contraponen al tipo de articulación más usual, en ramificación progresiva desde un concepto inicial. Éste es el modo más habitual de articulación en las ciencias formales o en las exposiciones sistemáticas de cualquier disciplina en que se comienza por unos principios o tesis iniciales y luego se van enlazando en progresivo desglose el resto de sus conceptos. Estos autores rompieron con la lógica dicotómica al tomar de la botánica el término rizomático, utilizando la metáfora del rizoma para describir la teoría e investigación que permite el acceso y salida de puntos no jerárquicos en la representación e interpretación de datos. Afirman: Un rizoma no comienza y no termina, siempre está en medio. El árbol es filiación, pero el rizoma es alianza, el árbol impone el verbo ser, pero el rizoma tiene por tejido la conjunción y, en esta conjunción hay fuerza suficiente para desenraizar el verbo ser. Para ellos, lo rizomático carece de unidad que pueda ser centrada, se establecen relaciones y conexiones transversales. No existen puntos en el rizoma y sí líneas interconectadas en procesos continuos y cambiantes.

Gilles Deleuze (1925-1995) was an influential French philosopher whose work spans metaphysics, epistemology, and cultural critique. His thought is characterized by the exploration of concepts such as multiplicity, difference, and becoming. He wrote both solo and in collaboration with other thinkers, especially Félix Guattari.

Among his most notable works are Difference and Repetition (1968), a fundamental text in contemporary philosophy, and A Thousand Plateaus (1980), co-written with Guattari, part of their Capitalism and Schizophrenia project. Other significant works include Anti-Oedipus (1972) and The Logic of Sense (1969). His philosophical output falls within the genres of essay and critical theory, with a strong influence on disciplines such as literature, politics, and psychoanalysis.
