Synopsis "Running Down Terror"

Professor Tom Carazo felt relatively secure knowing the U.S. government had the terrorists on the run. Our military were killing Al Qaeda and other terrorist leaders by the bushel with drones, Special Forces teams and air strikes. But one evening, while having a few drinks in a Philadelphia, neighborhood bar, he overhears several men discussing their plans to destroy the United States from within.
