Angels come and go among us. Usually, they try to be inconspicuous, some times they are invisible to our eyes, and sometimes, they could be standing on the corner as you pass them by, singing a song in the rain, and perhaps, you would even think them a crazy person. There are some, who may believe angels come to life in animal forms, like a dog playing with a ball in the park, with the wag of a happy tail, the warm greetings upon coming home, the sparkling eyes of a mischievous cheerful silliness about to unfold. Sometimes, even for angels, things go wrong, or not as they planned or hoped. Like us, sometimes they can only guess at what the will of the divine creator may be, and stumble through life, just like the rest of us. Sapphire has an odd modus operendi, she maintains the balances between life and death, paying the ultimate sacrifice that others may live. Until her mission goes horribly wrong, over and over --- She lives.
