A gay man is killed in Olympia, Washington, the victim of what appears to be a professional, contract assassination. Meanwhile a young secretary from Olympia is kidnapped while on vacation in Rosarito, Mexico. The two crimes are related, and the common denominator is Eli Baker, the Shadow Hunter! Baker cannot destroy Evil, but he finds satisfaction in knowing he can, at least, annoy the hell out of It from time to time.
