Almost every victim is murdered in a different way. After forming a joint task force to capture the national pedophile ring, Lightner and the others become the hunted. Hired assassins sent by men of highly influential people that mean to stop the task force before they uncover how truly deep this ring goes. It all ends with not one but two showdowns. One against the assassins. the other against the serial killer.
