I remember when I was a little boy I would fall and skin my knee and my mother would apply Merthiolate. Then she would get down on her knees and blow on that injured place where she had applied the medication. The cool breeze from her breath would refresh my wound. He allows us to blow on others, to refresh them, to be a cool breeze in the time of barrenness and when encouragement is desperately needed.
