Synopsis "The Sniper"

His targets may have no direct involvement in the atrocities but are part of the neo-Nazi 'army'. He is intent on inflicting pain.A newspaper reporter becomes deeply involved in the sniper story. She persuades a senior homicide detective to cooperate with her as she pursues the evasive sniper. The neo-Nazis are frustrated that the police are unable to identify the killer and bring him/her to justice. They are also frightened. In response, they weigh various countermeasures.
