This brief proposes the creation of term marriage by adding a cause of marriage breakdown. Thus, the arrival of the term would offer a choice between three options: divorce according to the provisions previously established in the marriage contract, the renewal of the marriage contract for a fixed term, or the loss of the benefit of the term through the inaction of the spouses.
