It is necessary for the church to have strong, united and faithful workers. The workers must be taught what their duties in the Body of Christ are and how to perform them within their area of expertise. This booklet is a valuable instrument in concentrating on and establishing the auxiliaries in the church. The principles outlined in the book show clearly what is required of each church division. To be a church that is confident in its Spiritual function is a wonderful experience.
