Synopsis "Time and Again"

Adolf Hitler did not learn from Napoleon Bonaparte that attacking the Russian homeland in winter is fraught with danger, and will end up in a terrible defeat. The United States did not learn anything from entering into a war with North Korea after World War II, because, despite the fact that she did not win, she continued going to war with other Asian countries within the next few decades in Vietnam, Laos. Cambodia and Afghanistan - never coming out as clear-cut winners. Small countries frequently defend themselves against larger countries. Throughout history, animals continue to suffer from loss of habitat, climate changes, and human hunting. Yet, humans never seem to learn a lesson in attempting to preserve animal lives.
