ep Molist (Manlleu, 1965) is a librarian and Catalan writer specialized in children's literature. Since 1994, with the publication of El tren que fa xup xup, he has written more than eighty works aimed at children and young audiences. Among his notable titles are La vaca Plis Plau (2001) and Bunji, the little koala (2022)

Molist has been recognized with awards such as the Crítica Serra d'Or for the best Catalan children's book by an author on two occasions and the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu Prize for children's story. In addition to his work as an author, he works as a librarian at the Casino Library in Manresa and collaborates as a critic of children's literature in media such as the newspaper El País.
