Synopsis "Who Is This Man? "

Rome's Power Is Crushing IsraelTaxes are high. Poverty is everywhere, but still the Jews have hope, hope in a messiah that would restore them to the days of King David. One such man appears, Jesus of Nazareth. However, the leaders of the Jewish people condemn him to death, using Rome to crucify him. The story that follows is the struggle one young Jew has as he decides if he believes his father, who is in the high council and condemned Jesus, or the scripture he reads and the relationship he has with a man whom others call the Messiah."Robert brings us behind the scenes to the places where ancient peoples, ate, slept, and lived to see 'their hearts in the matter.' He helps to understand the true motives of Israel's ruling class during this difficult time period. You'll discover for yourself why Jesus was crucified." -Phyllis Bush, teacher and minister"I enjoyed reading Who Is This Man? Your book brings to life many of the stories of the New Testament. It is vivid and descriptive. I believe others will enjoy this book too." -Rene Monette, Pastor Emeritus, Living Word Church
