Elmore Leonard
Elmore Leonard (1925-2013) was an American writer and screenwriter, recognized as one of the most outstanding authors of contemporary noir fiction. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, he served in the United States Navy during World War II and later studied Literature at the University of Detroit.
