Luis Eduardo Baquero Rey
Luis Eduardo Baquero Rey is a Colombian systems engineer with advanced training in systems auditing and computer security. He graduated from the Autonomous University of Colombia and obtained master's degrees in Systems Auditing from Santo Tomás University and in Computer Security from the International University of La Rioja in Spain. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Systems Engineering and Informatics.
