Synopsis "Best Kept Secrets"

Midland, Michigan is normally a quiet and peaceful city where vampires, elves, and werewolves are supposed to be people of myths. When someone or something begins targeting them, vampire Lerna Hale is given the task of find out who the killer is. Have the humans found out people of myths really do exist or has someone in the mythical world turned on their own kind? With the help of a fellow vampire and her elven boyfriend, Lerna discovers that two of the city's well known businessmen have ties to the bodies. In the human world vampire Alexandru Popa is the owner of one of the country's largest shipping companies. In the Mythical People (M.P) world he is the head of his clan, Lerna's ex-husband, and has a reputation as being someone who will not tolerate foolish behavior. Carefree werewolf Harry Ross is the owner of Moonies; the city's hottest night club. He is lovable, and always has a joke to tell, but Lerna soon discovers that Harry has a darker side that not many know about. Both men have killed in the past, are old habits hard to kick? What other secrets will Lerna reveal?
