Synopsis "Control estadístico de procesos (in Spanish)"

Durante este proyecto, realicé un estudio estadístico sobre la línea de fabricación. Este estudio consiste en elaborar histogramas, gráficos de control y cálculos de índices de capacidad. Los resultados muestran que el proceso de fabricación no está controlado y se ve afectado por varias causas atribuibles. Es necesario implantar una herramienta estadística potente y predictiva que detecte cualquier desviación del proceso y lo ajuste. Por otra parte, el MSP tiene como objetivo consolidar el enfoque de Deming: el PDCA.
