I kept going when life gave me every reason to stop. I Kept Going Anyways is my story of faith, motherhood, heartbreak, survival, sacrifice, and starting over. My life has taken me through love and betrayal, difficult relationships, losing things I worked hard for, raising my four sons through challenging seasons, and moments when I had no idea what tomorrow would bring. There were times I felt hurt, afraid, disappointed, and alone—but somehow, I kept moving forward. Along the way, I became a CNA, discovered the beauty of caring for people through hospice, pursued entrepreneurship, and eventually accomplished one of my biggest dreams: becoming the owner of a licensed home care agency. I didn't write this book because my life has been perfect. I wrote it because it hasn't. This book is for the person who has been knocked down more than once. For the mother trying to hold everything together. For the dreamer who has had to start over. And for anyone wondering whether life can still get better. Yes, it can. You are not too old to start again. Your past does not have to determine your future. And no matter how difficult yesterday was, tomorrow could always be a brighter day. Whatever happens, keep going anyways.
