Synopsis "Imperia Archipelago"

For one individual, bestowed with a further life, it proved to be not so much a blessing but a curse, as he is forced to hide his true life-status, ever fearful of detection. Indoctrinated into the ranks of the Enforcers against his will he learns the hidden truths of the Enforcers and their Imperia masters. This sets off a series of events outwith his control but with frightening consequences for his life and those of many others. The fortuitous sighting of a young girl breaking curfew leads him to the discovery of a sub-culture living beneath the city. With his eyes fully opened to the true controlling nature of the city he renounces his allegiance to the Enforcers and becomes involved in a rebellion against the Imperia. He faithfully fulfills each and every task asked of him by the rebel insurgency before doubts begin to form. Is he being used as an unwitting puppet by powers behind the scenes? Is the rebel hierarchy really true to its goals of freedom and independence as it claims? "I began to wonder what really happened to any of the offenders the Enforcers took into custody. Were they sent to some penal colony in a distant land, forced to labour in an Imperia work camp? Whispered rumours of such places abounded..."
