Synopsis "Rescue Tails"

Come and take a peek into the world of dogs who've been rescued and are fostered as they await their forever homes. Some come from high-kill shelters, some from hoarding or backyard breeding situations, and others have lost their forever homes due to death or tragedy. Some dogs have horrific pasts. They were abused, thrown away or used as breeders or bait animals. Others had wonderful homes but, due to circumstances, had to find a new forever home.It doesn't matter where they came from, what matters is they are cared for by fosters who help socialize them so they can be adopted by people who love them. There's been an epidemic of unwanted dogs since COVID. Add to that the wildfires in California and Canada, and you have a dire situation. If you have the time and space and a good heart, they need you. This book was so much fun to write with help from the dogs I fostered. These are their words as told by them. Or they dictated it to me telepathically, or my dearly departed dog Missy helped me. You believe whatever you like as long as you enjoy it.Whether you foster, donate to rescue organizations, or volunteer, it's all deeply appreciated. Even buying this book helps out a dog or two. Partial proceeds from the sale of this book are donated to rescue organizations.
