In it the author examines some controversial Catholic teachings, doctrines and practices from their historical roots and tries to prove that what St. Peter and St. Paul taught, from ancient Rome, two thousand years ago, is still being taught from modern Rome. He also tries to counter many detractors of the Church and reassure Catholics that their Faith is, and has always been, on the right track. In the words of Rev. Fr.
