At around 8:15 AM, my plane touched down at Albuquerque International Sunport in my hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The waitress smiled back."It's nice to meet you, Jenny.""It's nice to meet you, too." Taking out her pen and note pad, Jenny asked, "What may I get you today?""I will take cupcake pancakes and sausage please, as well as a Coca-Cola.""Yes, Ma'am!" Jenny replied, writing down my order.After taking all of our drink and food orders, Jenny walked away. "I could not have handled that better if I were in your shoes, sister." Molly said, when Jenny was out of earshot. "That was impressive."
