Each individual story, is a personal ambition to overcome the indoctrinated predicated beliefs of our society, versus our own primitive instinctual power to resort back to the never-ending quest for freedom and inner peace. Combined, they represent a transcendental parable of personal triumph, fleeting folly, and colossal failure. Each pivotal moment, allows one the option to; follow their inner voice, or subside to the pressures of the popular norm. Some find freedom while others remain trapped deep inside a dark well never able to climb out, even when a bright beacon of hope shines in their eyes every time they look up. Over the Broken Bridge is sanguine and enlightening as it is macabre, haunting and disturbing. It pushes the limits of what we perceive as right or wrong and digs deeper and darker than most would like to go. It not only makes one look at oneself but what outside forces mold us into whom we eventually become. ABOUT THE AUTHOR C.J. Zamboni is an award winning writer of fiction and film. He currently resides with his family in a small town on a quiet street in New Jersey where he continues to work on new material.
