Synopsis "Gifts Unexpected"

Gifts Unexpected is the inspiring story of the physical and spiritual journey of a middle-aged woman who is diagnosed with breast cancer. Adela tells of her experience with cancer and the unfolding of mystical abilities and the evolution of a partnership with a spiritual being. Adela must figure out how to use her newfound gifts as well as handle a complicated relationship with one of her sisters and manage the concerns for her near-adult children. The possibility of romance during her journey surprises her. Pedro, her beloved dog, is a steady companion and loyal confidant. In a sense, this is Adela's 'coming of age' story that will inspire, entertain, and make you consider existence beyond the physical world.
