Synopsis "The Closer I Get"

Roxanna Fields is young and confused about life. At a very young age she was forced to move from place to place because her parents couldn't hold down a steady job. A motel is the last resort for a home where Roxanna learns more about everyday life than she bargained for. Naïve and inexperienced, Roxanna meets a number of people at the motel who force her into a hostile lifestyle unknowingly. A series of unfortunate events plague her life involving her parents and everyone around her forcing Roxanna to take matters into her own hands. Jasento, a big town drug dealer takes Roxanna under his wing as his protege and shows her how to get money. For Roxanna life starts to get better, but every time she thinks she's closer to a new beginning, a larger problem occurs setting her back further than where she started. Join Roxanna through her journey of heartache, love, pain and unbelievable DRAMA! "The Closer I Get" by Latoya Coppedge
