Apostle Sondra E. Jenkins - Foreword;Apostle Dr. Corine H. Allen
Synopsis "Obedience"
Before God can trust us to lead others, we must learn to obey Him.Leadership does not begin with a title, position, platform, or microphone. It begins with a surrendered YES to God.In OBEDIENCE: The Birthplace of Leadership and Pathway to Spiritual Maturity, Apostle Dr. Corine H. Allen draws from more than 52 years of ministry, leadership, teaching, mentoring, and personal experience to reveal one of the most important truths of Kingdom leadership: God develops the leader before He enlarges the assignment.Grounded in the Word of God and anchored in 1 Samuel 15:22 (KJV), this book explores the relationship between obedience, character, spiritual maturity, accountability, submission, authority, decision-making, correction, rebuilding, and leadership development.Through biblical teaching, apostolic insight, pastoral wisdom, personal testimony, reflection, and practical leadership application, readers will discover why:Obedience produces character.Character produces stability.Stability produces trustworthiness.Trustworthiness prepares a leader for greater responsibility. This book also addresses the dangers of partial obedience, the discipline of submission, obedience during difficult seasons, healthy spiritual authority, making godly decisions, receiving correction, rebuilding after loss or transition, and raising the next generation of leaders.Whether you are a pastor, apostle, ministry leader, emerging leader, mentor, leadership student, or believer seeking greater spiritual maturity, OBEDIENCE will challenge you to examine not merely how well you lead-but how faithfully you follow God.Because before the title, there must be a YES.Before the mantle, there must be a towel. And before God entrusts greater responsibility, He develops greater obedience."Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice..." - 1 Samuel 15:22 KJVApostle Dr. Corine H.
