Es wird uber ein Verfahren berichtet, aus der Pulsschreibung im Osophagus in Hohe des linken Vorhofs Kenntnis uber den Zeitablauf der Aktion des linken Vorhofs zu gewinnen. Die Normalzeiten fur die Phase der Umformung des linken Vorhofs um sein Volumen (Um formungszeit) und fur die anschliessende Phase der Drucksteigerung (Druckanstiegszeit) werden angegeben. Beide Zeiten zusammen ergeben die sog. Anspannungszeit des linken Vorhofs. Bei Mitralstenosen be stehen typische Abweichungen sowohl der Vorhofumformungszeit wie auch der Vorhofdruckanstiegszeit und damit auch der Gesamtanspan nungszeit des Vorhofs. Die Zeitwerte erfahren eine Bestatigung durch die Hegistrierung der Vorhoftone und des prasystolischen Gerausches. Auf weitere Anwendungen des Verfahrens wird eingegangen. Literatur. l.
